Arrowpoint Advisory announces Director team promotions
Arrowpoint Advisory is delighted to announce that Joe Austin, Alessandro Brembati, Randal Pringle and Dustin Stevens have been promoted to Directors within the business.
Director Joe Austin joined the team as an Analyst from KPMG in 2017 and has worked extensively across both Industrial and Business Services sectors. He has increasingly focused his attention on the Financial Services sector, where he has advised a range of clients including on the sale of Aston Lark to Goldman Sachs.
After graduating cum laude from the Bocconi University in 2012, Alessandro Brembati spent five years working in the Leveraged Finance department of UniCredit for private equity clients across Europe. He subsequently moved to Marlborough Partners where he spent two years advising on debt financed mid-market deals. Alessandro joined Arrowpoint Advisory in July 2019 where he is a senior member of the firm’s Debt Advisory practice. Notable recent transactions include advising Redgrave Partners on its investment from Dublin-based private equity firm Woodberry Capital.
Randal Pringle joined Arrowpoint Advisory’s Debt Advisory team in 2020, after two years at Marlborough Partners where he advised on mid-market sponsor-backed debt transactions across Europe. Randal has experience across both leveraged finance and corporate transactions, previously working at HSBC for six years. He recently supported arranging debt facilities supporting Livingbridge on its investment in Veramed.
Dustin Stevens joined the team as an Analyst in 2017 from Deloitte, where he worked in South Africa and Chicago before arriving in the United Kingdom. At Arrowpoint Advisory, Dustin has focused on working with clients across the Consumer and Healthcare sectors. Notable transactions include the partnership between Veramed, a leading specialist biostatistics and programming contract research organisation serving life sciences clients across the UK, Europe and US, and Livingbridge.
