Arrowpoint Advisory welcomes Candice Berman, Will Preston and Fred Graham to the team
Arrowpoint Advisory has strengthened its team with the addition of Analysts Candice Berman, Will Preston and Fred Graham to meet growing client demand for the firm’s services.
After graduating from university in South Africa, Candice Berman qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte in London where she worked in their Technology, Media & Telecoms corporate finance team.
Fred Graham also joins Arrowpoint Advisory from Deloitte where he worked with a variety of clients across the Consumer, Industrial, Infrastructure and Aviation Services sectors after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Will Preston joins Arrowpoint Advisory from KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and gained experience within the Transaction Services team, advising both corporate and private equity clients. Will spend valuable time in their Restructuring practice during 2020.

In September 2020, Arrowpoint Advisory launched its first formal graduate recruitment programme in collaboration with Rothschild & Co, with a first intake accepted for Summer 2021 internships. Graham Carberry, Managing Director observed: “While we remain focused on hiring experienced young bankers with prior client experience, as part of Rothschild & Co we now have the resources to hire and develop graduates. Opening up this additional pool of talent gives us an important new tool to deliver even greater support to our colleagues and clients, as well as furthering our commitment to developing a diverse and multi-dimensioned team.”
