With over a decade of experience across UK and international markets, Shahbaz has advised on a wide range of high-profile transactions across software, data, information services and cloud technologies. He is recognised for his deep sector expertise, extensive industry network and strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025 from PwC's Technology Corporate Finance team, Shahbaz built a strong reputation as one of the UK's leading technology advisers, working with ambitious founders, management teams and investors on complex transactions and growth initiatives.
