Alan Manning joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025 after working at Renatus Capital Partners, a Dublin-based private equity fund. During this time, he worked across a range of sectors on both new investments and value creation within portfolio companies.

Alan holds a B.Sc. Finance from University College Cork, achieving first class honours, and is ACCA qualified, having placed 1^st in Ireland (9^th worldwide) in the AFM exam.
