Andrew Nicholson has specialised in M&A for over 25 years, leading US investment bank RW Baird’s European Healthcare team for 5 years, leading KPMG UK’s Healthcare M&A team for 15 years and spending 5 years previously at Rothschild & Co.
He has extensive experience as an advisor across the Healthcare space and a successful track record of advising entrepreneurs, company shareholders and private equity investors throughout Europe.
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has owned, operated and exited from his own healthcare business, been part of a healthcare management team backed by Bridgepoint Capital and been a Trustee of a Health and Social care Charity.
