Ian Brown

Managing Director

Ian Brown joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2018 from KPMG, having previously worked with Kroll (now Alix Partners), as well as in a renewable technology business (as both a Commercial Director and Finance Director). Ian holds a B.Sc. In Engineering from Durham, an MBA from INSEAD, CIMA Adv. Dip., and is a qualified M&A lawyer.

He leads the firm’s Energy Transition and Infrastructure team as well as co-leading the Funding Solutions team, having advised on a wide range of private and public company transactions.
