Arrowpoint Advisory rewards exceptional performance with a flurry of Associate promotions
Arrowpoint Advisory, the dedicated UK mid-market team of Rothschild & Co, is delighted to announce that Jonathan Blain, Alex Bowman, Frank Connolly, Ayman Hussain, Alex Kelly, Zach Mandel, Alan Manning, Conor McDonald and Emily Morgan have been promoted to Associate in recognition of the exceptional performances of these individuals and their commitment to delivering the best results for the firm's clients and colleagues.
Jonathan Blain joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025 from Axis Arbor Partners LLP. He has over 3 years of corporate finance experience, having worked across a variety of transactions including acquisition financing, refinancings, and special situations M&A.
Alex Bowman joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2024. Before this, he spent two years in the Debt Advisory team at a boutique investment bank in London, focusing on sponsor-backed mid-market transactions. Prior to that, Alex spent four years with the Deloitte Restructuring team, which was acquired by Teneo in 2021, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Frank Connolly joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025. Prior to this, he spent just under three years working at Key Capital, a mid-market M&A boutique in Ireland, where he worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Ayman Hussain joined Arrowpoint Advisory’s team in Manchester in 2025, having previously worked in PwC's Corporate Finance M&A team, advising both corporate and financial sponsor clients across the Software and Business Services sectors.
Alex Kelly joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2023 after her tenure at EY Dublin. During her time at EY, Alex worked in the Strategy and Transactions department, where she gained experience in Valuations and Modelling. She handled projects spanning various sectors, with a primary focus on the Pharmaceutical and Technology industry, collaborating with both public and private clients.
After graduating from University of Bristol in 2018, Zach Mandel qualified as a Chartered Accountant. During this time, he firstly worked in Audit at KPMG and then within the Transaction Services team at Deloitte, advising both corporate and private equity clients. Zach joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025.
Alan Manning joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025 after working at Renatus Capital Partners, a Dublin-based private equity fund. During this time, he worked across a range of sectors on both new investments and value creation within portfolio companies.
Conor McDonald joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2024 having previously spent two years at M&A boutiques in Dublin and London. During his time, Conor focused on the Telecoms, Media and Technology Sectors. Conor holds an MSc in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and a BSc in Economics.
Emily Morgan joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025 from HSBC’s UK investment banking team, where she advised both corporate and private equity clients across a range of sectors. Prior to this, she spent three years at Deloitte where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Emily holds a first-class degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
