Arrowpoint Advisory announces Director promotions for Joe Barnett and Rebecca Corker
Arrowpoint Advisory is delighted to announce that Joe Barnett and Rebecca Corker have been promoted to Director.
Joe Barnett focuses on the Telecoms, Media and Technology sector and has had a busy few years transacting across the sector, advising on Bowmark Capital’s investment into Cornwall Insight, and the sales of energy transition consultancy Delta-EE to LCP and digital experience agency Inviqa to Havas.
After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2014 as a prize-winner with first class honours, Joe qualified as a Chartered Accountant at EY. Whilst there, he worked in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services department, providing advice to clients in over twenty transactions across a variety of sectors before joining Arrowpoint Advisory in October 2017.
After graduating with first class honours from Nottingham University in 2014, Rebecca Corker worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, EY and Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) where she advised entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity houses across a variety of sectors. Rebecca has advised on key deals such as the Pricoa-backed MBO of ABI Holiday Homes, sale of Satori Software to BCC Software and sale of SMCP to Shandong Ruyi.
Rebecca joined Arrowpoint Advisory in September 2021 and focuses on the Consumer and Healthcare sectors.
