Joe Boyd-Morritt and Michael Haddleton promoted to Assistant Director

Arrowpoint Advisory, the dedicated UK mid-market team of Rothschild & Co, is delighted to announce that Joe Boyd-Morritt and Michael Haddleton have been promoted to Assistant Director.

Joe Boyd-Morritt graduated from Durham University, where he read Economics, in 2016 and subsequently trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte where he provided a range of services to PE portfolio companies. He joined Arrowpoint Advisory in June 2021 and focuses on the Consumer, Retail and Leisure and Business Services sectors. Joe recently supported our client Sign in Solutions, on its take private acquisition of SmartSpace Software plc.

Michael Haddleton joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2021 after working at PwC in New Zealand. During his time at PwC he worked in the Transaction Services team providing Financial Due Diligence services to both corporate and private equity clients. Michael’s transactions included the sale of AgilityEco to M Group Services.
