Arrowpoint Advisory sells ABI to LGV Capital
Arrowpoint Advisory announces the sale of ABI (UK) Group Ltd to LGV Capital Ltd and management.
ABI, based in Beverley, Yorkshire, employs approximately 300 people and is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of caravan holiday homes, selling to all major caravan park operations.

Patrick Groarke, Managing Director at Arrowpoint Advisory said: "We are delighted to work with Barclays Ventures again to secure a strong return for a market leading manufacturing business."
