Portas Consulting has been acquired by CAA Sports
Arrowpoint Advisory’s Business Services sector team has advised the shareholders of Portas Consulting, a global management consulting firm, on its sale to CAA Sports, a division of entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA).
Founded in 2006, Portas Consulting ‘provides its clients in the sector with a tailored and specialist service and deeper subject matter expertise than generalist management consultancies.’
Founded in 1975, US-headquartered Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a leading entertainment and sports agency with 16 offices worldwide. Its sports division – CAA Sports – advises and supports clients with a broad range of services, including consultancy, banding, media rights, venue development, property sales, and athlete representation.
