Arrowpoint Advisory promotes Joe Austin and Shahbaz Qasim to Managing Director

Arrowpoint Advisory, the dedicated UK mid-market team of Rothschild & Co, is delighted to announce that Joe Austin and Shahbaz Qasim have become Managing Directors.

Joe Austin joined the Business Services sector team at Arrowpoint Advisory in 2017 and has had great success building the firm’s presence across the Risk & Assurance sector, with a specific focus on Cyber Security services.

Shahbaz Qasim leads Arrowpoint Advisory’s team in Manchester, having joined the firm from PwC in May 2025 to do so. In addition to building-out Arrowpoint Advisory’s presence in the North West, Shahbaz is a respected advisor across the Technology sector, with a successful track record of advising entrepreneurs, company shareholders and private equity investors.
