Independent Clinical Services acquires Maxxima
Arrowpoint Advisory's Business Services team is pleased to announce the sale of Maxxima Limited to Independent Clinical Services (ICS) for an undisclosed amount. Arrowpoint Advisory advised the shareholders of Maxxima on the sale.
Since its formation in 2001, Maxxima has become firmly established as one of the UK's leading Recruitment Consultancies supplying high calibre, professional staff to the Health and Social Care sectors.
Through its well-known brands Labmed, Swim and IML, the company specialises in the placement of allied health professionals, health science services and social workers. It is a valued supplier of staff and managed staffing services to a wide range of customers across the health, social work and housing sectors. Maxxima has achieved excellent growth over the last few years and ICS will invest in Maxxima to help the company to continue and grow and develop new services to offer its customers.
