Interfleet has been acquired by SNC-Lavalin Inc.

Arrowpoint Advisory's Business Services sector team has advised the shareholders of Interfleet Technology on the sale of the business to Canadian engineering and construction group SNC-Lavalin.

Founded in 1911, SNC-Lavalin is one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world. Headquartered in Montreal and with offices across Canada and in over 35 other countries, the group is currently working in some 100 countries.

Patrick Groarke, Managing Director at Arrowpoint Advisory said: I first met the Interfleet team in 2000 and we are delighted to have helped secure a great home for the business and an attractive outcome for all of the shareholders.”
