WCI Consulting Group has been acquired by TAKE Solutions

Arrowpoint Advisory's Healthcare sector team has advised the shareholders of WCI Consulting Group on the sale of WCI to TAKE Solutions, an Indian-based international business technology company with product expertise in Life Sciences and Supply Chain Management.

Hampshire-based WCI was founded in 1986 and is the leading Life Science consulting practice focusing on Patient Safety, Risk Management and Quality Compliance. The company works with a wide range of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer health, medical device and dietary supplement organisations, helping to implement solutions and assure compliance. WCI founded pvnet® and pvconnect®, the industry's primary forum for Patient Safety, which for 10 years has been shaping the industry's approach to pharmacovigilance.
