Arrowpoint Advisory advises leading UK-based energy transition focused information services provider, Delta-EE, on its sale to LCP

Arrowpoint Advisory’s TMT team has advised Delta-EE, one of the UK’s leading diversified information services providers focused on the energy transition, on its sale to LCP.

Delta-EE focuses on the downstream energy sector, providing data, insights, analysis and opinion across the full range of downstream energy transition areas, including heat, distributed energy, electric vehicle charging and hydrogen.

LCP and Delta-EE’s combined skills and expertise will create a unique offering for companies within the energy sector, including utilities, operators, traders, investors and manufacturers. Together, the combined teams provide data-driven research, products, forecasts and consultancy services to companies investing in and navigating the energy transition.
