"Consistent with WCA's growth strategy, Emerald provides it with a strong foothold in the central Florida waste market."
Managing Director at Arrowpoint Advisory, Jeremy Furniss added: "Arrowpoint Advisory's teams across the globe have extensive experience of the waste and environmental services sector, having previously advised on the sales of consultancy Entec and service providers Interstate Waste Services and Winters Bros. The firm is currently active on three other engagements in the sector."
