Rothschild & Co has advised Charlie Kerr, the Founder of With Intelligence, a leading source of private markets data, insights and analytics, on its $1.8bn sale to S&P Global.
Founded by Charlie Kerr in 1998, With Intelligence brings a rich history of creating and providing data and insights for alternative asset classes with an unparalleled network across investors and managers.
In addition to this transaction, we also advised the shareholders of With Intelligence in 2020 on their investment from ICG, when it was formerly known as Pageant Media, and also the Management team of With Intelligence in 2023 on their investment from Motive Partners.
