Ellen Chamberlain, Esther Cobbold, Lara Hey, Jarrett Silver and Alex Wheatley promoted to Assistant Director
Arrowpoint Advisory, the dedicated UK mid-market team of Rothschild & Co, is delighted to announce that Ellen Chamberlain, Esther Cobbold, Lara Hey, Jarrett Silver and Alex Wheatley have been promoted to Assistant Director.
After graduating from the University of Bath in 2018 with a first class degree in Economics, Ellen Chamberlain qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in London. Ellen joined Arrowpoint Advisory in May 2022 and focuses on Healthcare and Business Services sectors.
Esther Cobbold joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2023 from Rothschild & Co’s metals and mining advisory team having previously worked at Deloitte for three years where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Whilst at Deloitte, Esther covered the energy and resources sector. Esther holds an M.Sc. in Business from the Grenoble Ecole de Management and a BA in History from King’s College, London.
After graduating from Durham University in 2018 with a degree in Psychology, Lara Hey qualified as a chartered accountant with EY where she worked with clients across a variety of sectors. Lara joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2021 and focuses on Consumer, Retail and Leisure, and Healthcare sectors.
Jarrett Silver joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2025. Prior to this Jarrett held investment banking positions at Raymond James and Investec. Jarrett has advised on a range of public and private transactions across Energy and Industrials, acting as sell-side, buy-side and ECM adviser. Prior to banking Jarrett qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and holds a BA in History from the University of Bristol.
After graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2017, Alex Wheatley qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte. He advises clients across the Business Services and Consumer sectors.
