Rothschild & Co’s mid-market Logistics and Supply Chain sector team has advised Pall-Ex Romania on its sale to BoldMind Capital Partners, which is a continuation of our strong relationship with BaltCap and Cogels Investments following the take private of Xpediator (now Delamode Group) back in 2023.
Pall-Ex provides domestic distribution of palletised goods across Romania, and employs approximately 115 people. Under the agreement, the business will continue to operate the Pall-Ex brand ensuring continuity of service for customers and partners. Pall-Ex Romania was previously part of the international Delamode Group, a specialist in logistics and international freight management.
As a result of the transaction, BoldMind Capital Partners and the company’s management team become the shareholders of Pall-Ex Romania, establishing a partnership that marks a new stage of growth through investments in technology, digitalisation, service portfolio expansion and the strengthening of the company’s leadership position in Romania’s express palletised freight distribution market.
The new ownership structure will enable the company to accelerate investments, respond more rapidly to market opportunities and develop new value-added services for both network members and customers. The company’s executive management remains unchanged, ensuring continuity of the strategic direction that has driven Pall-Ex Romania’s development and established its market-leading position. Through this transaction, Pall-Ex Romania aims to further raise its quality standards by delivering increasingly efficient logistics services and an enhanced customer experience.
