Arrowpoint Advisory has advised Capita plc on the sale of its People Pillar business in separate transactions to Inspirit Capital and Matrix SCM
Arrowpoint Advisory's Business Services team sector team has advised Capita plc on the divestment of its People Pillar business with the acquisition of Security Watchdog by Matrix SCM and Modular People Solutions by Inspirit Capital.
Modular People Solutions supports blue chip customers to recruit, train, deploy and develop their workforces. It has over 2,000 multinational corporate, SME and public sector clients operating across a wide variety of industry sectors. The business has over 1,000 employees with operations across the UK and has been acquired by Inspirit Capital, the UK private equity investor specialising in corporate divestments.
Security Watchdog is the UK industry leader of digitalised, smart pre-and post-employment screening solutions, the largest EMEA supplier of background checks and a trusted partner to large corporate and public sector clients across the globe. Matrix SCM is a leading managed service provider for the outsourced hiring and management of temporary local government staff and is backed by private equity investor Bridgepoint Development Capital.
